Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
To be eligible for a return:

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing when available. If an exchange is needed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can confirm availability.
Embroidered / Customized Items
All items that have been embroidered, altered, or customized are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there was an error on our part.
Special Order Items
Some items may be ordered specifically for the customer. Special order items may be subject to return restrictions. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about sizing or availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received an incorrect item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Embroidery & Custom Orders Policy
We offer professional embroidery services for uniforms and workwear.
Name Embroidery
Name embroidery starts at $9.99 per item. Pricing may vary depending on placement, font, and special requests.
Logo Embroidery
Logo embroidery is available by quote only. Pricing depends on stitch count, size, and placement.
Digitizing
Some logos require a one-time digitizing fee before embroidery can be completed. Once digitized, your logo can be reused for future orders.
Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for confirming spelling and details entered at checkout. Once embroidery begins, changes cannot be made.
Final Sale
All embroidered, altered, or customized items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error made by our team.
Turnaround Time
Embroidery turnaround time depends on order volume and design complexity. If an item is not in stock, additional time may be required for ordering.
